MAGICO

A label for a new edition of the mezcal "Hermoso y Desconocido." This agave-derived spirit is handcrafted under fair trade conditions in San Lorenzo de Albarradas (Oaxaca, MX). A new strain containing cannabis has now hit the market.

The label depicts a tipsy jaguar amidst agave plants. In Mexican cultures, the jaguar has profound symbolic significance. It is often considered a powerful symbol of power, strength, courage, and a connection to the underworld or the afterlife.

A few years ago I designed the logo for this brand.
